When a limiting thought shows up, we don’t need to fight it - we question it with: “𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲?”⁣

It’s a smal
Self-care isn’t a luxury,  it’s a non-negotiable.⁣
And it’s easy to skip out on “self-care” if we only see it as these bonus things…the mani, the massage, the bubble bath, etc.  Those are extras. ⁣

BUT YOUR SELF
Fries are potatoes.⁣
Potatoes have carbs.⁣
Carbs are fuel.⁣
You are alive.⁣
Everything’s fine.⁣
⁣
This post is obviously a bit tongue=-in-cheek, but the truth is…we don’t need to eliminate foods, or fear them. We should be learning
