One Time Consult Call

  • 60 minute Zoom call
  • Roadmap Manual from our call - includes what we discussed on the call, steps for how to move forward based on your goals (with either custom macros or healthy habits to implement), additional resources in manual about basic nutrition, meal prep strategy, alcohol, training principles, etc.
  • Option to add on a follow-up call 3-6 months after initial call for a check-in /adjustment

Monthly Training Membership

As an HJW Coaching Co client, you also get access to a monthly training membership which will provide you with a progressive program to help you on your health & fitness journey! This is a strength training program with elements of cardio & power development all delivered to you via an app with video demos. The membership is free for your first three months as a 1:1 client so you can start off your health journey with all the tools you need to succeed!
