If you are looking to improve your nutrition but are overwhelmed by all the information out there (Google, I’m looking at you!), this high-touch custom coaching is for you. Together over the course of 4+ months, we’ll zero in on your nutrition goals and roadblocks in order to determine ways you can incorporate positive change into your life each day for long-term health.
Monthly zoom calls to address your goals, concerns, and progress in detail
Weekly online check-ins via the Apotheo app to review nutrition, weight and measurements, activity, exercise, biofeedback, mindset, wins and challenges, and action steps
Written and video feedback from me at each check-in

My proven process
Inside the HJW Experience
Step One
Apply for Coaching
Fill out my application form in detail and I will be in touch via email. You’ll have the option to book a 30 minute discovery call to talk through your needs; if you’re ready to move forward right away, simply sign the contract and pay your retainer to book your start date on my calendar!
Step two
Onboarding
Once your retainer is paid, it’s ‘homework’ time (but make it fun!). You’ll fill out a general intake form to go over your health history, daily routine, etc., as well as a program-specific document with assignments like nutrition tracking.
Step three
Coaching Kickoff
We’ll have a 30 minute call prior to your start date to review your submissions and go over any last minute questions before we start week 1 of coaching. Then it’s GO TIME!
